Quiet time or meditation is a good way to quieten your heart and listen to what God wants to say in your everyday life. I feel candlelight and soothing music can help me feel relaxed.

It’s fun to start journaling with a friend who also likes Art. We share our thoughts and ideas throughout the week and Artwork. I’m hoping this will be a good way to get close to my friends. :))
